Our QHSE management system is aligned with international standards, ensuring that all works are executed safely, sustainably, and in full compliance with Pakistani regulatory requirements and client-specific HSE specifications.
Our HSE Framework
Six pillars govern how we plan, execute, and close every project with safety and environmental responsibility.
Worker Safety
All personnel are provided with appropriate PPE, safety inductions, and ongoing toolbox talks. No worker begins site work without completing site-specific safety briefings.
Risk Assessment
Pre-task risk assessments (PTRAs) are conducted for all high-risk activities. Method statements and job hazard analyses are prepared and approved before mobilisation.
Environmental Care
Waste management plans, dust suppression, and site reinstatement protocols are followed on every project to minimise environmental impact and comply with local regulations.
Emergency Preparedness
Each project site has a written emergency response plan, first-aid trained personnel, and clearly marked assembly points. Incident reporting procedures are strictly enforced.
HSE Documentation
Full HSE documentation including inspection checklists, NCR logs, safety observation cards, and monthly HSE reports are maintained and made available to clients on request.
Training & Competency
All FWC site staff hold relevant competency certifications. Regular HSE training programs, drills, and refresher courses are conducted throughout the year.
